Classes are open to all, unless otherwise indicated!
Here are the offerings for Spring Session III--4/27/25-6/1/25, unless otherwise indicated.
9 AM in Room 400 with Dr. Dan Lawson
Spiritual Gifts There is a fascinating correlation between the way God has created us, how He has equipped us, and how He empowers us. In this class, we will discuss how our spiritual gifts empower us to serve as a living sacrifice to God, His Church and His Kingdom. This class will begin on 4/27 and meet for 4 weeks.
9 AM in Room 405 with Dr. Bernie Bannin:
The Book of Malachi As the final book of the Old Testament, Malachi confronts spiritual complacency, challenges God's people to renewed faithfulness, and points ahead to the coming of the Messiah. Each session will focus on key themes such as God's love, true worship, justice, and the hope of redemption. Through engaging discussions and practical applications, we will discover how Malachi’s message remains relevant for our faith journey today. Join us as we reflect, question, and grow together in our understanding of God's Word!
9 AM in Room 403 with Dr. John Shultz:
Everything (Well, not quite!) You Ever Wanted to Know About Heaven Colossians 3:2 says "Fill your mind with thoughts about heaven, not the things of earth." The purpose of this course is to provide some details about heaven that make obedience to Paul’s emphasis a bit more attainable. Topics will include:
- Where is Heaven and what's it like?
- The rapture
- Purgatory
- Hell
- Near-death experiences
10:30 AM in Room 400 with Tiffany Sanders:
A Time for Wives This class will be just that--a time for wives, at any point in the adventure of marriage, to come together to pray, help, and encourage each other... and hopefully laugh!
