Membership Form 2025

Believing that the Lord Jesus Christ died for my sins and was resurrected on the third day, and having been baptized as a believer, I desire to join the community of Park Street Brethren Church as we faithfully follow Jesus Christ together. I will pursue obedience to Scripture and the Holy Spirit and will submit to this church community along with the other members. I will use my gifts to please the Lord, build up this church, and bless our community.

At Park Street Brethren Church, we view membership not as a static status but as an active commitment to the body of believers. This is why we ask for an annual renewal of church membership—to reaffirm our shared dedication to Christ, one another, and the mission of the church. Just as our faith is a daily journey, our commitment to this community should be intentional and ongoing. Renewing membership each year provides an opportunity for reflection, re-engagement, and a fresh commitment to living out our faith together.

Membership at Park Street is not a status you hold in our organization. It describes your relationship with our body of believers. (Romans 12:3-8)
